Announcement no. 299Gennemførelse af omvendt aktiesplit i Rovsing A/SPå den ordinære generalforsamling i Rovsing A/S den 21. oktober 2019 blev der vedtaget en aktiesammenlægning af alle selskabets aktier gennem et omvendt aktiesplit i konsolideringsforholdet 1.000:1. Det omvendte aktiesplit reducerer antallet af udstedte aktier i selskabet, således at 1.000 aktier à nominelt kr. 0,05 sammenlægges til én aktie à nominelt kr. 50, altså i forholdet 1.000:1.Den 21. oktober 2019 udsendte Rovsing A/S en meddelelse om indløsning til alle indehavere af aktier, hvilket udløste en fire-ugers indløsningsperiode, der udløb den 19. november 2019, kl. 23:59:59 CET. Aktieposter på færre end 1.000 aktier à nominelt kr. 0,05 såvel som eventuelle overskydende aktier á kr. 0,05 efter sammenlægning til et helt antal aktier i overensstemmelse med konsolideringsforholdet indløses kontant af selskabet ved betaling af kr. 0,07 (afrundet for at muliggøre betaling) pr. aktie à nominelt kr. 0,05 i overensstemmelse med meddelelsen om indløsning.Som anført i meddelelsen om indløsning kan indehavere af aktier, der er uenige i indløsningskursen, senest tre måneder efter datoen for indløsning af aktier, dvs. senest den 20. februar 2020, anmode om, at indløsningskursen fastsættes af en skønsmand, som udmeldes af retten på selskabets hjemsted. Efter udløbet af en sådan tre-måneders periode den 20. februar 2020 kan sådanne aktionærer ikke længere anmode om, at indløsningskursen fastsættes af en skønsmand.Den ændrede stykstørrelse træder i kraft per 26. november 2019, og fondskoden bliver i den forbindelse ændret til en ny fondskode.For yderligere information
