Iceland Seafood International hf. Sign a share purchase agreement to acquire Elba

Iceland Seafood International (“Iceland Seafood”) is delighted to announce it has signed a share purchase agreement in relation to its purchase of Elba Seafood ehf, the holding company of Elba S.L. in Spain
Iceland Seafood announced on November 7th it had agreed on heads of terms to acquire Elba S.L. in Spain.  Today on November 13th a share purchase agreeement has been signed with GPG Seafood ehf and IceMar ehf on the acquisition.  Iceland Seafood is acquiring Elba Seafood ehf, a single pupose vehicle that owns 100% of Elba S.L.
