HONKARAKENTEEN HALLITUKSEN JÄRJESTÄYTYMINEN JA VALIOKUNNATHonkarakenne Oyj:n varsinainen yhtiökokous, joka pidettiin perjantaina 29.5.2020 Honkarakenteen Tuusulan toimipisteessä osoitteessa Lahdentie 870, Tuusula, valitsi yhtiön hallitukseen seuraavat henkilöt: Timo Kohtamäki, Arimo Ristola, Helena Ruponen, Kari Saarelainen ja Kyösti Saarimäki.Hallitus piti järjestäytymiskokouksensa ja valitsi puheenjohtajakseen Arimo Ristolan ja varapuheenjohtajaksi Kyösti Saarimäen.Samassa kokouksessa hallitus lisäksi päätti, että se ei perusta valiokuntia.HONKARAKENNE OYJMarko Saarelainen
