Reference is made to the private placement of 3,253,370 new shares towards Bomi Framroze (the “Private Placement”) in Hofseth BioCare ASA, as announced on 23 March 2020.The share capital increase relating to the Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 3,253,370 through issuance of 3,253,370 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.The new share capital is thus NOK 329,073,881 divided by 329,073,881 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.For further information, please contact:
