Harvia Oyj:n vuosikertomus 2020 on julkaistu ja se on saatavilla yhtiön verkkosivuilta osoitteessa https://harviagroup.com/fi/sijoittajat/raportit-ja-esitykset/.Vuosikertomus sisältää hallituksen toimintakertomuksen ja virallisen tilinpäätöksen, johon kuuluu konsernitilinpäätös ja emoyhtiön tilinpäätös. Lisäksi Harvia julkaisi vuosikertomuksen yhteydessä selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkitsemisraportin vuodelta 2020.Harvia julkaisee vuosikertomuksen ensimmäistä kertaa European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) raportointivaatimusten mukaisena XHTML-tiedostona. ESEF-vaatimusten mukaisesti konsernitilinpäätöksen päälaskelmat on merkitty XBRL-merkeillä, ja tilintarkastaja on varmentanut ESEF-tilinpäätöksen.Kaikki asiakirjat löytyvät tämän tiedotteen liitteistä PDF-tiedostona ja vuosikertomus lisäksi XHTML-tiedostona.
