Harvia Oyj jakaa lisäosinkoa 0,19 euroa osaketta kohden

Harvia Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt tänään varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 2020 sille antaman valtuutuksen perusteella jakaa lisäosinkoa 0,19 euroa osakkeelta (yhteensä 3 551 904,84 euroa). Osinko maksetaan osakkeenomistajalle, joka on osingon täsmäytyspäivänä 20.10.2020 merkittynä Euroclear Finland Oy:n pitämään yhtiön osakasluetteloon. Osinko maksetaan 27.10.2020.Harvia Oyj:n 2.4.2020 pidetty varsinainen yhtiökokous päätti, että osinkoa voidaan maksaa enintään 0,38 euroa osakkeelta kahdessa erässä. Yhtiökokous päätti 0,19 euron osakekohtaisesta osingosta, joka maksettiin 15.4.2020. Yhtiökokous valtuutti hallituksen päättämään harkintansa mukaan enintään 0,19 euron osakekohtaisen lisäosingon jakamisesta.
