Hafnarfjarðarkaupstaður – Skuldabréfaútboð 14. maí

Hafnarfjarðarkaupstaður efnir til útboðs í skuldabréfaflokknum HFJ 50 1 miðvikudaginn 14. maí.  Heimild til  lántöku á árinu er 6.064 m.kr. og er þetta fyrsta útboð ársins.

HFJ 50 1 ber fasta verðtryggða vexti og greiðir jafnar greiðslur á sex mánaða fresti með lokagjalddaga 2050. Ekki hefur verið gefið út í flokknum áður.

Fyrirkomulag útboðs verður með þeim hætti að öll samþykkt tilboð verða tekin á hæstu samþykktu ávöxtunarkröfunni. Hafnarfjarðarkaupstaður áskilur sér rétt til þess að samþykkja öll tilboð, hafna öllum tilboðum eða taka tilboðum að hluta.

Áætlaður uppgjörsdagur er 22. maí 2025
