TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Guardian Capital Group Limited (“Guardian”) (TSX:GCG) (TSX:GCG.A) announced today that it intends to purchase by means of a Normal Course Issuer Bid, during the period from November 21, 2019 to November 20, 2020, up to 156,401 or 5% of its outstanding Common Shares, entitled to one vote per share, and up to 1,726,315 or 10% of its Public Float of Class A Non-Voting Shares (“Class A Shares”) as at November 5, 2019.
