 Le groupe Casino a signé un accord avec Aldi France en vue de la cession de magasins et d’entrepôts Leader Price en France métropolitaine, pour 735 millions d’eurosParis, le 20 mars 2020, Le groupe Casino annonce, ce jour, la signature avec Aldi France d’une promesse unilatérale d’achat en vue de la cession de 3 entrepôts et de 567 magasins du périmètre Leader Price en France métropolitaine, pour une valeur d’entreprise de 735 millions d’euros (incluant un complément de prix de 35 M€, versé en cas de respect d’indicateurs opérationnels durant une période de transition).Avec cet accord, les magasins Leader Price transférés se développeront sous l’enseigne Aldi et bénéficieront de la dynamique commerciale d’Aldi France.Le Groupe Casino restera propriétaire de la marque Leader Price pour continuer à l’exploiter selon certaines conditions convenues avec Aldi, en France et à l’International.La réalisation de cette cession interviendra après la consultation des instances représentatives du personnel et sous réserve de l’obtention de l’autorisation de l’Autorité de la concurrence.
