Communiqué établissant le bilan semestriel du contrat de liquidité de la société
CASINO, GUICHARD-PERRACHON

Au titre du contrat de liquidité confié par la société Casino, Guichard-Perrachon à Rothschild Martin Maurel, lequel est suspendu depuis le 11 juin 20241, les moyens suivants figuraient au compte de liquidité à la date du 30 juin 2024 :

  • 18 750 actions
  • 14 313 545 euros.

Il est rappelé qu’au 23 janvier 2019, date de la mise en œuvre du nouveau contrat de liquidité, les moyens suivants figuraient au compte de liquidité :

  • Aucune action
  • 30 000 000 euros.

Au 6 juillet 2022, après réduction des moyens affectés au contrat de liquidité, la position du contrat de liquidité était la suivante :

  • 105 250 actions
  • 14 734 815,90 euros.

Au 31 décembre 2023, les moyens suivants figuraient au compte de liquidité :

  • 440 000 actions
  • 14 455 735 euros.

Il est rappelé que, dans l’attente de la mise en œuvre des décisions de l’Assemblée générale des actionnaires du 11 juin 2024 (résolution n°29), la société Casino, Guichard-Perrachon a suspendu le 11 juin 2024 le contrat de liquidité conclu le 24 janvier 2019 avec Rothschild Martin Maurel.
