GreenVision Acquisition Corp. Announces Underwriter’s Exercise of Over-Allotment Option

NEW YORK, Nov. 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — GreenVision Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: GRNVU, the “Company”) announced today that it had received notice from I-Bankers Securities Inc. the sole book runner and the representative of the underwriters in the initial public offering, that the underwriters have exercised the over-allotment option in full.  The over-allotment option exercise will result in the issuance of an additional 750,000 units, and the receipt by the Company of additional gross proceeds of $7,500,000 ($10.00 per Unit).The Company’s units are listed on NASDAQ (“NASDAQ”) and trade under the ticker symbol “GRNVU”. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, one right to receive one tenth (1/10) of a share at the closing of a business combination, and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock.
