DELSON, Québec, 06 avr. 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Goodfellow inc. (TSX : GDL) annonce aujourd’hui qu’en raison des risques et mesures liées à l’épidémie de COVID-19, elle a décidé de reporter l’assemblée annuelle des actionnaires (l’« assemblée ») prévue pour le 9 avril 2020 à une date ultérieure, laquelle demeure à déterminer.
La Société surveillera les développemenrs liés à l’épidémie de COVID-19 et explorera les options pour la tenue de l’assemblée. De plus amples informations sur la date de l‘assemblée et sa procédure seront transmises avant le 30 mai 2020. Dès que la nouvelle date de l’assemblée sera fixée, la Société communiquera la nouvelle date de référence pour recevoir l’avis de convocation à l’assemblée et y voter, et transmettra l’avis de convocation à l’assemblée et de nouvelles versions de la circulaire de sollicitation de procurations par la direction et du formulaire de procuration.Goodfellow inc. est un distributeur de bois, de matériaux de construction et de couvre-plancher.
