Godkendelse af afdelingsfusion og vedtægter i Investeringsforeningen SEBinvest

Med henvisning til fondsbørsmeddelelser af henholdsvis af 8. marts 2024 og 17. april 2024 offentliggøres det, at Finanstilsynet har godkendt afdelingsfusionen mellem AKL Nordamerika Aktier SRI I i Investeringsforeningen SEBinvest og AKL SEBinvest Nordamerika Aktier SRI II i Investeringsforeningen Wealth Invest, med sidstnævnte som den fortsættende afdeling. Fusionen gennemføres i henhold til den offentliggjorte fusionsplan og -redegørelse. 

Finanstilsynet har desuden godkendt de vedtægtsændringer, som blev vedtaget på foreningens ordinære generalforsamling den 17. april 2024.

De godkendte vedtægter er vedhæftet denne meddelelse.
