Gabriel A/S har d.d. erhvervet 100% af aktiekapitalen i den tyske producent af tekstile løsninger, Visiotex GmbH. Prisen for aktierne er aftalt til 0,5 mio. EUR kontant. I tillæg overtages bankgæld for ca. 2 mio. EUR.Visiotex er anerkendt i møbelindustrien for innovative tekstilløsninger. Den patenterede Wovenit-teknologi gør det muligt, i én proces, at designe og producere tekstile løsninger med indbygget funktionalitet uden efterfølgende tilskæring og syning.Visiotex, der beskæftiger knap 20 ansatte, omsatte i 2018 for 1,6 mio. EUR. Resultat før skat udgjorde ca. 0 mio. EUR.Det forventede køb af aktierne i selskabet sker for at understøtte den globale vækst i tekstilforretningen.
Forventninger til regnskabsåret 2019/20Fra den tilkøbte virksomhed forventes for resten af regnskabsåret en omsætning i niveauet 4,5 mio. DKK, og et negativt resultatbidrag før skat i niveauet 1,5 mio.
