Møller – Mærsk A/S – Forslag til valg af nyt medlem til bestyrelsenPå selskabets ordinære generalforsamling, som afholdes tirsdag den 23. marts 2021, foreslår bestyrelsen, at Amparo Moraleda vælges som nyt medlem af bestyrelsen.Amparo Moreleda (f. 1964) er spansk statsborger og uddannet som industriel ingeniør fra ICAI Universitet i Madrid, Spanien og har en PDG (Programa de Direccion General) fra IESE Business School, Universidad de Navarra, Spanien.Amparo Morelada har bestyrelseserfaring fra internationale børsnoterede selskaber inden for teknologi, kemi, luftfart, transport, bilindustrien og innovationsselskaber samt fra den finansielle sektor.
