 Forløb af ekstraordinær generalforsamling i Conferize A/STirsdag den 8. december 2020 kl. 11.00 blev der afholdt ekstraordinær generalforsamling i Conferize A/S med følgende dagsorden:Redegørelse for planerne for den fremtidige drift og udvikling af selskabetValg til bestyrelsenValg af Rolf Jan Lynge Olsen til bestyrelsenValg af Mickey Aissa Soussah til bestyrelsenBemyndigelse til generalforsamlingens dirigentClaus Bretton-Meyer kunne indledningsvis fortælle, at Mickey Aissa Soussah umiddelbart forud for generalforsamlingen har måtte trække sit kandidatur af personlige årsager.Ad punkt 1.
Generalforsamlingen tog redegørelsen til efterretning.Ad punkt 2.
Rolf Jan Lynge Olsen blev valgt ind i bestyrelsen.Bestyrelsen består herefter Claus Bretton-Meyer (formand), Laura Lindahl og Rolf Jan Lynge Olsen. Bestyrelsen vil snarest muligt sammensætte det fremtidige ledelses- og udviklingsteam.Ad punkt 3.
