Förändrat förslag till utdelning

Styrelsen för NIBE Industrier AB (publ) bekräftar sin tidigare bedömning av den föreslagna nivån på utdelningen till aktieägarna. Som en försiktighetsåtgärd och för att bättre kunna överblicka konsekvenserna av Covid-19 vad gäller efterfrågan, leveranser och resultat, väljer dock styrelsen att återkalla sitt förslag om utdelning vid årsstämman. Styrelsen avser istället att kalla till en extra bolagsstämma senare i år för beslut i frågan om utdelning.NIBE Industriers finansiella ställning är stark, såväl avseende eget kapital som likviditet. Styrelsen gör fortsatt bedömningen att den tidigare föreslagna nivån på utdelning inte skulle äventyra NIBE Industriers verksamhet och utveckling.Som tidigare aviserats, äger NIBE Industriers årsstämma rum torsdagen den 14 maj 2019 kl. 17.00.
