 INFORMATION RÉGLEMENTÉEMISE A DISPOSITION DU DOCUMENT D’ENREGISTREMENT UNIVERSEL 2020Fnac Darty a déposé le 19 mars 2021 le Document d’enregistrement universel établi pour l’exercice clos le 31 décembre 2020 auprès de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers.Il inclut notamment les informations suivantes :Le rapport financier annuel 2020,Le rapport sur le gouvernement d’entreprise,Les rapports des Commissaires aux Comptes,Les honoraires des contrôleurs légaux des comptes,Le descriptif du programme de rachat d’actions,La déclaration de performance extra-financière.Le Document d’enregistrement universel est disponible sur le site de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (www.amf-france.org) et sur le site internet de la société à l’adresse suivante : www.fnacdarty.com dans la rubrique “Investisseurs”. Il peut également être envoyé par courriel sur demande envoyée à actionnaires@fnacdarty.com.Par ailleurs, le Document d’enregistrement universel est également publié, pour la première fois et de manière volontaire avec un an d’avance par rapport à l’entrée en vigueur de l’obligation en France, au format d’information électronique unique européen (ESEF) comprenant le balisage des 5 tableaux de comptes consolidés (états financiers primaires) au format XBRL. Une version anglaise sera disponible sur le site Internet du Groupe à compter du 14 avril prochain.Enfin, compte tenu des incertitudes qui demeurent quant à l’évolution de la situation sanitaire liée à la Covid et des conséquences sur l’activité du Groupe, Fnac Darty continuera d’informer régulièrement le marché sur les impacts économiques qui pourraient en découler.CONTACT
