 INFORMATION RÉGLEMENTÉEMISE A DISPOSITION DU DOCUMENT D’ENREGISTREMENT UNIVERSEL 2019Fnac Darty vous informe que le document d’enregistrement universel établi pour l’exercice clos le 31 décembre 2019 a été déposé le 20 avril 2020 auprès de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers.Il intègre notamment les informations suivantes : Le rapport financier annuel 2019,Le rapport sur le gouvernement d’entreprise,Le descriptif du programme de rachat d’actions.Au cours du mois de février 2020,  l’organisation mondiale de la santé a qualifié la situation liée à la propagation du Covid-19 de pandémie, entrainant des confinements de population dans de nombreux pays du globe. En conséquence, le Document d’enregistrement universel a été mis à jour depuis le rapport de gestion et l’arrêté des comptes du 26 février 2020, date de la publication des comptes et des hypothèses sous-jacentes aux objectifs de Fnac Darty. Les principaux événements intervenus depuis sont portés à la connaissance du public en section 1.4.6 et 4.3.2 du Document d’enregistrement universel.Le document d’enregistrement universel est disponible sur le site de l’autorité des marchés financiers (www.amf-france.org) et sur le site internet de la société à l’adresse suivante : www.fnacdarty.com dans la rubrique “Finance” puis “Publications”.
