Flora Growth Corp. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

TORONTO, May 13, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Flora Growth Corp. (NASDAQ: FLGC) (“Flora” or the “Company”), an all-outdoor cultivator and manufacturer of cannabis-derived products and brands, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 3,333,333 of its common shares.

On May 11, 2021, the Company’s common shares commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “FLGC”. The initial public offering was priced at the high end of the proposed price range at US$5.00 per share to the public for a total of US$16,666,665 of gross proceeds to the Company.

Boustead Securities, LLC acted as the sole underwriter for the offering (the “Underwriter”) with MKM Partners acting as co-Manager. The Underwriter has been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 500,000 common shares to cover over-allotments at the initial public offering price of $5.00 per share.
