Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust Announces December 2024 Cash Distribution

TORONTO, Dec. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust (the “REIT”) (TSX:MHC.U; MHC.UN) announced today a cash distribution of US$0.0517 per REIT unit for the month of December 2024, representing US$0.62 per REIT unit on an annual basis. Payment will be made on or about January 15, 2025, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2024.

Distributions paid to Canadian unitholders (and other non-U.S. unitholders) generally will be subject to U.S. withholding tax. Unitholders should consult their own tax advisors for advice with respect to the tax consequences of receiving a distribution from the REIT in their own circumstances.
