FirstFarms A/S køber 1.010 hektar lejekontrakter og landbrugsjord

FirstFarms A/S har i dag indgået en aftale (SPA) omkring køb af jord og lejekontrakter i Slovakiet. FirstFarms køber 70 hektar jord og overtager lejekontrakter for yderligere et areal på 940 hektar.
Prisen for jorden og lejekontrakter er 11,5 mio. kr., og der forventes et positivt bidrag til EBIT på 2 mio. kr. med fuld effekt fra 2021.Anders H. Nørgaard udtaler: ”Værdiforøgelse af vores jord portefølje er en stor del af vores forretningsmodel. Vi vil med dette køb skabe synergier med vores nuværende driftsområder.  FirstFarms har en unik viden omkring drift og udvikling af jord samt køb, oplagring og salg af afgrøder. Med denne aftale styrker vi vores platform yderligere”.Med indgåelsen af denne aftale driver FirstFarms 21.000 hektar, hvoraf de 10.000 hektar er ejet.FirstFarms har ultimo 2019 en bogført jordværdi på 346 mio. kr. med en vurderet dagspris på 615 mio. kr. før skat. Den forventede merværdi på over 250 mio. kr. er ikke medtaget i selskabets bogførte egenkapital.De udmeldte forventninger til 2020 med et EBITDA-resultat i intervallet 110-135 mio. kr. og et EBIT-resultat på 60-85 mio. kr. fastholdes. Der blev i 2019 realiseret et EBITDA på 96 mio. kr. og et EBIT på 48 mio. kr.Med venlig hilsen
