MOUNTAIN GROVE, Mo., April 03, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — First Bancshares, Inc. (OTCPink – FstBksh: FBSI) (“Company”), the holding company for Stockmens Bank ), today announced a change to the venue of its annual meeting of shareholders.
Due to the emerging public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) and to support the health and well-being of our employees, shareholders, and our community the location of the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders has been changed and will be held over the web in a virtual meeting format only.If you were a shareholder as of the close of business on March 20, 2020 and have your control number, you may vote during the Annual Meeting by following the instructions available on your proxy card. For a registered shareholder, the control number can be found on your proxy card or notice, or email you previously received.If you would like to attend the virtual meeting, please email annualmeeting@thestockmensbank.com by April 15, 2020. Meeting details and call in information will be provided by April 22, 2020.
