Report de la date de publication du rapport financier relatif aux comptes clos le
31 décembre 2020

La situation sanitaire actuelle de la pandémie Covid 19 a impacté l’établissement des comptes consolidés du groupe FIPP.

A ce jour les procédures d’audit sont en cours (les travaux se réalisant à distance).
Toutefois, les comptes ne pourront pas être finalisés d’ici le 30 avril 2020.

Aussi, la Direction a-t-elle décidé de reporter, d’un délai maximum de trente (30) jours, soit au 31 mai 2021 au plus tard, la tenue du Conseil d’administration devant arrêter les comptes clos le 31 décembre 2020, ainsi que la publication du rapport financier dans le même délai.

Le communiqué sur le résultat et les comptes 2020, et la diffusion du rapport financier annuel sur notre site, seront reportés d’autant, et les dates de diffusion feront l’objet d’une communication dès qu’elles seront fixées.
