20.11.2020 kl. 12.35Finansinspektionen tilldelar Aktia Bank Abp en ordningsavgift för fel i myndighetsrapporteringenFinansinspektionen har 19.11.2020 påfört Aktia Bank Abp en ordningsavgift om 40 000 euro för fel i myndighetsrapporteringen under tiden 1.10.2017–31.3.2019 gällande information om exponeringar med anstånd (forbearance exposures) som kreditinstitut enligt regleringen regelbundet ska rapportera till Finansinspektionen för tillsyn.Aktia Bank tar myndighetsrapporteringen och kvaliteten i data på största allvar. Banken har efter att ha upptäckt felen omedelbart vidtagit åtgärder för att utveckla sin rapporteringsprocess för att undvika motsvarade fel i fortsättningen.
