F-Secure cancels its Annual General Meeting from 24 March 2020 and postpones it to a later dateF-Secure’s Board of Directors has decided to cancel its Annual General Meeting 2020 scheduled for 24 March 2020 due to the rapid development of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.On 16 March 2020, the Finnish Government announced that public gatherings will be limited to a maximum of ten persons. F-Secure takes the risk relating to COVID-19 very seriously. Due to these reasons, F-Secure’s Annual General Meeting will be postponed to a later date, which will be announced later separately.
