As stated in Waturu’s company description, as well as in company announcement no. 22, an LOI (letter of intent, cooperation agreement) has been entered into with a large Nordic faucet manufacturer. Due to production delays, the expiry of the agreement has been extended until 5.01.2021, where a definitive agreement on distribution of one or more of Waturu’s OEM products is expected.Further information:
