Evli-Rahastoyhtiö Oy:lle määrätty seuraamusmaksu vuonna 2018 tapahtuneesta liputusilmoituksen viivästymisestä

Finanssivalvonta on määrännyt Evli-konserniin kuuluvalle Evli-Rahastoyhtiö Oy:lle 45.000 euron suuruisen seuraamusmaksun vuonna 2018 tapahtuneesta liputusilmoituksen viivästymisestä. Evli-Rahastoyhtiö Oy:n hallinnoima sijoitusrahasto Evli Suomi Pienyhtiöt ylitti viiden prosentin liputusrajan 2.5.2018 yksittäisessä kohdeyhtiössä. Teknisestä virheestä johtuen liputusrajan ylitys raportoitiin vasta 5.6.2018.Evli on heti virheen havaittuaan ryhtynyt toimenpiteisiin ja kehittänyt liputusprosessiaan, jotta vastaavia virheitä ei vastaisuudessa syntyisi. Seuraamusmaksulla ei ole merkittävää vaikutusta Evli-Rahastoyhtiö Oy:n taloudelliseen asemaan.
