ERRIAs høje aktivitetsniveau fortsætter i 2023

Servicering af Ørsted – Nordeuropas førende energikoncern
Erria indgik i sommeren 2022 en femårig kontrakt med Ørsted Bioenergy & Thermal Power A/S (Ørsted) som estimerede kontraktsummen til maksimalt 450.000.000 DKK. Aftalen omfatter drift af to slæbebåde og fire pramme i størrelsen 9-15.000 DWT til transport af biomasse samt ansættelse af 26 danske kolleger (se company announcement 11).

Sejlads af biomasse
Siden indgåelse af kontrakten med Ørsted, har Erria sejlet bæredygtig biomasse til Ørsteds kraftværker. Bæredygtig biomasse er en vedvarende energikilde, der fortrænger fossile brændsler og bidrager til den grønne omstilling.

“Energikrisen har betydet, at vi har haft en særdeles hektisk periode siden indgåelse af kontrakten med Ørsted. Vi er meget stolte over, at vi sammen med de 26 nye danske kolleger, har sikret driften og infrastrukturen fuldt ud”, udtaler teknisk direktør Allan Sparholt.

Installation af ballastvandanlæg på alle Ørsted-skibe
Rensning af ballastvand er afgørende for en sikker og effektiv moderne skibsfart. Hvis ikke man sikrer rensning af ballastvand, vil bakterier, mikrober, cyster, larver af forskellige arter skabe problemer i havmiljøets øko-system.

Erria er ved at installere ballastvandsanlæg på det sidste af Ørsteds skibe. Herefter er Ørsted på forkant med udviklingen, og de krav der stilles til håndteringen af ballastvand; samt ikke mindst opfylder Ørsted nu fremtidens krav ift. at beskytte havmiljøet. Erria har udført installering af ballastvandsanlæggene på Nauta skibsværftet i Gdynia, Polen.
