au Royaume-UniSaint Cloud, le 11 mai 2020 – Elis, un prestataire multi-services international, qui fournit des solutions de location-entretien d’articles textiles, d’hygiène et de bien-être, présent en Europe et en Amérique latine, poursuit sa stratégie de consolidation de ses marchés clés avec la finalisation de l’acquisition de 100% de Central Laundry au Royaume-Uni.Central Laundry est une société qui opère une usine dans la région de Birmingham. L’activité est dédiée à la location-entretien de Linge plat pour des clients provenant du secteur de la Santé et Central Laundry a réalisé en 2019 un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 4m£.Cette acquisition, dont le processus était entamé depuis plusieurs mois, permet à Elis de renforcer sa position parmi les acteurs leaders sur le marché de la Santé au Royaume-Uni.ContactsNicolas Buron
