Ekstraordinært valgmøde i SKAGEN

Der indkaldes til ekstraordinært valgmøde i SKAGEN. Som følger af Covid-19-situationen afholdes der ikke et fysisk møde. Investorer i SKAGEN Fondene kan i stedet forhåndsstemme ved at indsende stemmesedlen pr. brev eller mail.

Dagsorden for ekstraordinært valgmøde d. 8. april 2021:

  1. Valg af mødeleder og to investorer til at underskrive protokollen.
  2. Valg af investorvalgt suppleant til SKAGEN AS bestyrelse.
  1. Valgkomiteen indstiller, at nuværende investorvalgt suppleant Hilde Hukkelberg genvælges som investorvalgt suppleant med varighed til 2023.  

Forhåndsstemme
Investorer kan forhåndsstemme i perioden d. 22. marts til d. 6. april 2021. Stemmeseddel findes på www.skagenfondene.dk eller ved at kontakte os på tlf. 7010 4001.

Forhåndsstemmer sendes til legal@skagenfondene.no eller pr. brev til: SKAGEN AS, Postboks 160, 4001 Stavanger, att.: Kundeservice. Beholdning pr. d. 6. april vil være afgørende for antal stemmer.

Stemmeretten justeres ved valget, så investorer, som ejer samme værdi, har samme antal stemmer.

Investorer kan også stemme ved fuldmagt. Godkendt fuldmagtsskema er tilgængeligt via vores hjemmeside, alternativt kan du ringe til os på tlf. 7010 4001. Husk at vedlægge kopi af gyldig legitimation samt evt. en firmaattest, der ikke er ældre end tre måneder.

Forhåndsstemmer skal være SKAGEN i hænde senest d. 6. april 2021.
