Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (IKEA kontseptsioonipood)

Nordecon AS ja Viljandi Real Estate OÜ allkirjastasid lepingu IKEA kontseptsioonipoe ehitustöödeks Tallinna lähistel asuva Rae valla Kurna külas. IKEA kauplusest saab pea 30 000 ruutmeetrine kahekorruseline eraldiseisev hoone, mis pakub enam kui 8 000 kodusisustuse lahendust ja toodet. Lisaks avatakse hoones restoran, toiduturg ja bistroo.Lepingu maht on ligikaudu 23 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd kestavad ligikaudu 16 kuud.Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2020. aasta auditeerimata konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 296 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 710 inimesele.
