EFECTE OYJ — YHTIÖTIEDOTE — 28.11.2019 KLO 10.00Efecte Oyj: Osakkeita merkitty optioillaEfecte Oyj:n 2015- optio-oikeuksilla on merkitty 4 500 yhtiön uutta osaketta. Osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin 28.11.2019, minkä jälkeen ne tuottavat samat oikeudet kuin yhtiön vanhat osakkeet. Uudet osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n ylläpitämällä Nasdaq First North -markkinapaikalla yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa 29.11.2019.Osakkeiden yhteenlaskettu merkintähinta 7 500,00 euroa kirjataan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon, eikä yhtiön osakepääoma muutu. Osakkeilla ei ole nimellisarvoa.Merkintöjen seurauksena Efecten osakkeiden lukumäärä nousee 5 957 488 osakkeeseen.Lisätietoja optio-ohjelmista on nähtävissä yhtiön verkkosivuilla osoitteessa www.efecte.com
