Earth Alive announces the resignation of their CFO

MONTREAL, Jan. 25, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc. (TSXV: EAC – “Earth Alive” or the “Company”) announced today that Jean-Luc Deschamps, CPA, CA has resigned as Chief Financial Officer to focus on his other professional activities and will be leaving the Corporation on March 25, 2022 giving the time to finalize the year-end financial statements while the Corporation initiates the search for a full time replacement CFO.

Mr. Nikolaos Sofronis, Chief Executive Officer of the Board of Earth Alive commented, “I would like to thank Mr. Deschamps for his contribution during his time with the Corporation and wish him success in his future endeavours”.
