DPA Group N.V.: Aandeelhouders DPA akkoord met herbenoeming Ron Icke als voorzitter Raad van Commissarissen

Amsterdam, 19 mei 2020 – De aandeelhouders van DPA hebben tijdens de jaarvergadering op 18 mei 2020 ingestemd met de herbenoeming van Ron Icke als lid van de Raad van Commissarissen voor een periode van twee jaar. Ron Icke zal tevens de functie van voorzitter blijven vervullen. Daarnaast hebben de aandeelhouders het remuneratiebeleid van de Raad van Commissarissen en van de Raad van Bestuur goedgekeurd.
Het Bestuur heeft met instemming van de Raad van Commissarissen besloten om over het boekjaar 2019 geen dividend uit te keren. Conform het dividendbeleid van DPA zou in een normale situatie voorgesteld zijn om 0,08 euro per aandeel als dividend uit te keren. Gezien de huidige externe omstandigheden is besloten om van dividenduitkering af te zien en het volledige nettoresultaat van 2019 van 7,8 miljoen euro aan de algemene reserves toe te voegen. Deze beslissing is ingegeven door de macro-economische effecten van het coronavirus die voor toenemende onzekerheid zorgen.DPA wenst ook onder de uitdagende marktomstandigheden vanwege het coronavirus de ingezette strategische lijn vast te houden. Vanuit het daaraan gebonden belang van het behoud van onze medewerkers heeft DPA een beroep gedaan op de huidige NOW-regeling, waarbij de uiteindelijke compensatie hieruit zal afhangen van het geleden omzetverlies en de gemaakte loonkosten.DPA Group N.V.
