Med henvisning til selskabsmeddelelse nr. 10/2016 og nr. 16/2015 er der dags dato truffet afgørelse ved Københavns Byret i den af Clipper Group A/S anlagte sag mod PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S.Clipper Group A/S havde nedlagt påstand om betaling af kr. 82.978.800 med tillæg af renter fra sagens anlæg.Kravet knytter sig til handlinger foretaget af den tidligere ledelse af PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S, Flemming Østergaard og Jørgen Glistrup, i forbindelse med salg af aktier i PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S til Clipper Group A/S gennemført henholdsvis den 10. januar 2008 og 14. maj 2008.PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S blev af Københavns Byret dømt til betaling af kr. 3.750.000 til Clipper Group A/S med tillæg af renter fra sagens anlæg. Hver part skal betale egne sagsomkostninger.PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S fik samtidig medhold i, at kravet kan videreføres mod den tidligere ledelse.PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S vil i de kommende dage i samråd med selskabets advokat analysere dommen og dens præmisser.Vedhæftet fil13-2020 – Retssag anlagt af Clipper Group AS – dom
