Based on the denominator of 71,843,904 (total number of voting rights), Carmignac Gestion (indirectly) held on the notification date 2.99% of the total number of voting rights.The securities are held by (i) the French “fonds communs de placement” (mutual funds) Carmignac Euro-Entrepreneurs and Carmignac Euro-Patrimoine, managed by Carmignac Gestion SA, and (ii) the sub-funds Carmignac Portfolio Euro-Entrepreneurs and Carmignac Portfolio Euro-Patrimoine of the Luxembourg SICAV “Carmignac Portfolio”, managed by Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg SA.
