Following this appointment, Ben will serve as a member of the nomination and remuneration committees together with the audit committee and its sub-committee, the Cyber & IT Committee.Ben is currently a member of the Executive Committee of Ahold Delhaize, a food retailer leader in both supermarkets and e-commerce. As its Global Chief Information Officer he is responsible for leadership and governance on technology matters globally, including strategy and solution delivery, enabling digital platforms, cyber defence and sourcing.
