Digitalist Group Oyj (”Digitalist Group” tai ”Yhtiö”) on sopinut Turret Oy Ab:n (”Turret”) kanssa 1.000.000 euron lyhytaikaisesta lainasta ja Holdix Oy Ab:n (”Holdix”) kanssa 1.000.000 euron lyhytaikaisesta lainasta. Lainat on sovittu markkinaehtoisesti ja ne erääntyvät maksettavaksi 13.3.2020.Digitalist Group ja Turret ovat sopineet Yhtiön Turretilta olevien pääomaltaan yhteensä noin 3,9 miljoonan euron lyhytaikaisten lainojen pääomien ja korkojen eräpäivien sekä pääomaltaan yhteensä noin 5,78 miljoonan euron pitkäaikaisen vaihtovelkakirjalainan 31.12.2019 erääntyvän koron eräpäivän siirtämisestä siten, että uusi eräpäivä on 13.3.2020.Lisäksi Digitalist Group ja Holdix ovat sopineet Yhtiön Holdixilta olevien pääomaltaan yhteensä noin 90 tuhannen euron lyhytaikaisen lainan pääoman ja korkojen eräpäivien sekä pääomaltaan yhteensä noin 2,89 miljoonan euron pitkäaikaisen vaihtovelkakirjalainan 31.12.2019 erääntyvän koron eräpäivän siirtämisestä siten, että uusi eräpäivä on 13.3.2020.Turret Oy Ab on Digitalist Groupin suurin osakkeenomistaja.
