Demant A/S: Kapitalnedsættelse samt antal stemmerettigheder og kapital

Gennemførelse af kapitalnedsættelse i Demant A/SSom oplyst i selskabsmeddelelse nr. 2020-04 blev det på Demant A/S’ ordinære generalforsamling den 10. marts 2020 besluttet at nedsætte selskabets aktiekapital med nominelt DKK 919.173,40 fordelt på 4.595.867 aktier a DKK 0,20 svarende til selskabets beholdning af egne aktier pr. 4. februar 2020 fraregnet aktier til dækning af ledelsens fastholdelsesprogram og medarbejdernes aktielønsordning.Offentliggørelse af kapitalnedsættelsen har fundet sted i Erhvervsstyrelsens it-system den 12. marts 2020. Proklamafristen er udløbet uden indsigelser. Kapitalnedsættelsen er derfor anmeldt endeligt til Erhvervsstyrelsen. Efter kapitalnedsættelsen udgør aktiekapitalen i Demant A/S nominelt DKK 48.138.233,60.I henhold til § 32 i lov om kapitalmarkeder oplyses det hermed, at selskabets samlede aktiekapital og samlede antal stemmerettigheder er opgjort til:Aktiekapital (nominelt):              DKK 48.138.233,60
