Delårsrapport for 1.-3. kvartal 2019Omsætningen udgør for 3. kvartal 2019 i alt 877,4 mio. kr., hvilket er 64,2 mio. kr. eller knap 8 % højere end i 3. kvartal 2018. I 3. kvartal 2019 var der én arbejdsdag mere sammenlignet med sidste år. For 1.-3. kvartal 2019 udgør omsætningen 2.595,5 mio. kr., hvilket er 139,7 mio. kr. eller knap 6 % højere end i tilsvarende periode sidste år. I forhold til 2018 er bruttomarginen i henholdsvis 3. kvartal og 1.-3. kvartal faldet med 1,5 %-point og 0,8 %-point som følge af øget projektsalg og salg af produkter med lavere margin samt større lagernedskrivninger i 3. kvartal.Resultat af primær drift (EBIT) udgør i 3. kvartal 2019 i alt 40,6 mio. kr. og overskudsgraden 4,6 % mod henholdsvis 38,1 mio. kr. og 4,7 % i 3. kvartal 2018. I 1.-3. kvartal 2019 udviser resultat af primær drift 124,2 mio. kr. og overskudsgraden 4,8 % mod henholdsvis 107,3 mio. kr. og 4,4 % i 2018. Den øgede indtjeningsmargin er opnået via omsætningsvækst og et stort set uændret omkostningsniveau.     Resultat før skat (EBT) i 3. kvartal 2019 på 39,0 mio. kr. er 3,6 mio. kr. højere end i 3. kvartal sidste år.  I 1.-3. kvartal 2019 udgør resultat før skat 119,3 mio. kr.  eller 13,4 mio. kr. højere end
sidste år. Pengestrømme fra driftsaktiviteten udgør i 3. kvartal 2019 -96,1 mio. kr. og -10,5 mio. kr. i 1.-3. kvartal 2019, hvilket er henholdsvis 165,7 mio. kr. og 117,2 mio. kr. lavere end i samme perioder sidste år primært som følge af periodeforskydning af leverandørbetaling. Investeringer i 3. kvartal 2019 udgør 5,9 mio. kr. og 29,2 mio. kr. i 1.-3. kvartal 2019 mod 27,9 mio. kr. og 72,1 mio. kr. i 2018.                      Forventning til resultat før skat for 2019 opjusteres til 160-170 mio. kr. mod tidligere meddelt 150-160 mio. kr.  I 2018 realiserede Brødrene A & O Johansen A/S et resultat før skat på 150,3 mio. kr.For yderligere information kontakt venligst:Adm. direktør Niels A.
