Dėl visuotino akcininkų susirinkimo organizavimo atsižvelgiant į karantino režimą

AB Šiaulių bankas (toliau Bankas), įmonės kodas 112025254, buveinės adresas Tilžės g. 149, Šiauliai, Lietuva.Bankas 2020 m. gegužės 13 d. pranešė apie 2020 m. birželio 10 d. šaukiamą neeilinį visuotinį akcininkų susirinkimą: https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=939903&messageId=1184044 ir paskelbė Banko valdybos sprendimų projektus susirinkimo darbotvarkės klausimais: https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=939925&messageId=1184069.Pranešime apie susirinkimo sušaukimą buvo informuota, kad jeigu Lietuvos Respublikos vyriausybės nutarimu bus pratęstas ir susirinkimo dieną tebegalios karantinas, akcininkai savo valią susirinkimo darbotvarkės klausimais galės išreikšti tik iš anksto užpildydami ir pateikdami Bankui bendruosius balsavimo biuletenius.2020 m. gegužės 27 d. nutarimu Nr. 515 LR Vyriausybė pratęsė karantiną iki 2020 m. birželio 16 d. Įvertinant tai, kad karantino režimo nustatyto 2 metrų atstumo tarp susirinkimo dalyvių Bankas neturi galimybės užtikrinti, todėl akcininkai gali balsuoti susirinkimo klausimais tik raštu iš anksto. Bendrųjų balsavimo biuletenių pildymo ir pateikimo Bankui instrukcija yra pateikta Banko tinklalapyje prie informacijos apie susirinkimą: https://sb.lt/lt/investuotojams/visuotiniai-akcininku-susirinkimai.
