Dėl „INVL Baltic Farmland“ valdybos siūlymo skirti dividendus už 2019 m.

2020 m. vasario 28 d. akcinės bendrovės „INVL Baltic Farmland“ (toliau – Bendrovė) valdyba priėmė sprendimą siūlyti 2020 m. kovo 23 d. vyksiančiam eiliniam visuotiniam Bendrovės akcininkų susirinkimui pritarti 0,10 EUR dividendų akcijai už 2019 m. skyrimui (bendra dividendams skiriama suma, tokiu atveju, sudarytų 323 tūkst. EUR).
Bendrovės valdyba pažymi, kad 2018 m. balandžio 10 d. vykusiame Bendrovės akcininkų susirinkime buvo patvirtinta Dividendų mokėjimo politika, numatanti, skirti ne mažiau kaip 0,10 EUR akcijai.Asmuo, įgaliotas suteikti papildomą informaciją:
