AB „Grigeo“ (toliau – Bendrovė) informuoja, kad dėl koronaviruso (COVID-19) susidariusios situacijos ir dėl to atsiradusių apribojimų nėra baigtas Bendrovės ir grupės įmonių metinių finansinių ataskaitų už 2019 m. audito procesas. Todėl Bendrovė numatytu laiku negalės paskelbti Bendrovės audituotos 2019 m. metinės finansinės atskaitomybės.
Dėl aukščiau nurodytų aplinkybių Bendrovės audituotų konsoliduotų ir atskirų finansinių ataskaitų rinkinio už 2019 m. ir auditoriaus išvados paskelbimas bei Bendrovės eilinio akcininkų susirinkimo sušaukimas atidedamas.Bendrovė dės visas pastangas, kad Bendrovės audituotų konsoliduotų ir atskirų finansinių ataskaitų rinkinys už 2019 m. ir auditoriaus išvada būtų paskelbta bei Bendrovės eilinis visuotinis akcininkų susirinkimas dėl Bendrovės 2019 m. metinės finansinės atskaitomybės tvirtinimo bei pelno paskirstymo būtų sušauktas ne vėliau kaip iki 2020 m. liepos 1 d.Gintautas Pangonis
