Pressmeddelande Deflamo AB Extra bolagsstämma i Deflamo ABVid extra bolagsstämma i Deflamo AB (publ) (”Bolaget”) idag den 11 november 2019 beslutades följande.För att möjliggöra beslut om minskning av aktiekapitalet beslutade stämman i enlighet med styrelsens förslag att ändra bolagsordningen på så vis att gränserna för aktiekapitalet minskades från nuvarande lägst 5 000 000 kronor och högst 20 000 000 kronor till lägst 500 000 kronor och högst 2 000 000 kronor.Stämman beslutade vidare i enlighet med styrelsens förslag att minska Bolagets aktiekapital med 4 648 206 kronor, från 5 148 206 kronor till 500 000 kronor, för förlusttäckning.
