Le 30 juillet 2021 – Au terme du contrat financier à terme conclu le 22 juillet 2021 par la société UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT SA (Euronext Paris : UBI – ISIN Code FR0000054470) avec un intermédiaire financier portant sur ses propres actions dans le cadre de son plan d’actionnariat salarié, l’intermédiaire financier a acquis le 30 juillet 2021 et livrera à UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT SA le 3 août 2021, 365 419 actions UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT SA au prix moyen de 54,73 € pour un montant total de 20,0 M€.
