SELSKABSMEDDELELSE NR. 19 -18 NOVEMBER 2019Den 7. november 2019 iværksatte NORDEN et aktietilbagekøbsprogram i medfør af Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets forordning (EU) nr. 596/2014 af 16. april 2014 (MAR) og Kommissionens delegerede forordning (EU) 2016/1052 (Safe Harbour forordning). Aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet løber fra 7. november 2019 senest til og med 28. februar 2020. Se selskabsmeddelelse nr. 17 af 6. november 2019 for yderligere detaljer.I medfør af tilbagekøbsprogrammet vil NORDEN købe aktier for op til samlet USD 10 mio. (ca. DKK 67 mio.).Følgende transaktioner er foretaget under dette program:Siden aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet blev iværksat den 7. november 2019, er der samlet købt 97.500 aktier for et samlet beløb på DKK 9.790.920.Efter ovenstående transaktioner ejer NORDEN i alt 2.638.467 egne aktier, svarende til 6,25%. Det samlede antal aktier i NORDEN udgør 42.200.000 mio.
