MEDDELELSE NR. 85 – 29. OKTOBER 2020Den 19. august 2020 iværksatte NORDEN et aktietilbagekøbsprogram i medfør af Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets forordning (EU) nr. 596/2014 af 16. april 2014 (MAR) og Kommissionens delegerede forordning (EU) 2016/1052 (Safe Harbour forordning). Aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet løber fra 19. august 2020 senest til og med udgangen af oktober 2020. Se selskabsmeddelelse nr. 21 af 19. august 2020 for yderligere detaljer.I medfør af tilbagekøbsprogrammet vil NORDEN købe aktier for op til samlet USD 10 mio. (ca. DKK 63 mio.).Følgende transaktioner er foretaget under dette program:Siden aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet blev iværksat den 19. august 2020, er der samlet købt 650.100 aktier for et samlet beløb på DKK 62.794.050, og aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet er dermed afsluttet.Efter ovenstående transaktioner ejer NORDEN i alt 2.359.467 egne aktier, svarende til 5,80%. Det samlede antal aktier i NORDEN udgør 40.700.000 mio.
