(2) Le nombre de droits de vote exerçables est calculé sur la base de l’ensemble des actions moins celles privées de droit de vote. Au 31 janvier, la société détenait 150 000 de ses propres actions et 37 174 actions étaient enregistrées au titre du contrat de liquidité.187 174 actions étaient donc privées de droits de vote.
