Corbion maakt de benoeming bekend van Aurélie Dalbiez tot Chief Human Resources Officer en lid van het Executive Committee van Corbion, ingaande 1 juli 2021.

Mevr. Dalbiez heeft de Franse nationaliteit en is momenteel hoofd HR van de Capsules and Health Ingredients business van het in Basel, Zwitserland gevestigde Lonza. Daarvoor werkte zij gedurende 12 jaar in diverse HR-functies voor Novartis. Zij startte haar carrière bij Deutsche Bank en werkte daarna bij Capital International, een wereldwijd opererende investeringsfirma.

Zij is een zeer ervaren HR-professional die in nauwe samenwerking met de business talent ontwikkelt en zich sterk maakt voor de bedrijfscultuur, betrokkenheid, continue verbetering en hechte klantcontacten. Haar benoeming komt ook de diversiteit van onze ExCo ten goede.”

Mevr. Dalbiez heeft een multiculturele achtergrond en navenante zienswijze. Zij woonde als kind in de Verenigde Staten, studeerde in Lyon (F) af in International Business en werkte gedurende haar hele carrière internationaal, hoofdzakelijk in Zwitserland maar ook in Spanje, Duitsland en Frankrijk. Zij spreekt vloeiend Frans en Engels en daarnaast Duits en Spaans. Zij is getrouwd en heeft drie kinderen.

Met deze benoeming bestaat het Executive Committee uit de volgende leden: Olivier Rigaud (CEO), Eddy van Rhede van der Kloot (CFO), Marco Bootz (President Lactic Acid & Specialties), Aurélie Dalbiez (Chief Human Resources Officer), Jacqueline van Lemmen (Chief Operations Officer), Andy Muller (President Sustainable Food Solutions), Ruud Peerbooms (President Algae Ingredients) en Marcel Wubbolts (Chief Science & Sustainability Officer).
